ENDURO RACES HAVE BEEN POSTPONED Till notifed

Here's how it will work. We will draw for 3 man teams from all of the registered racers. Each person on the team will be required to drive for 10 minutes. You can swap out cars or run the same car the whole time just as long as the transponder stays with the running car.

THIS GOES FOR EVERYONE

I'm an disabled RC racer  I have cerebral palsy as well as seizures. Been In scene race for many decades , I have  remarks bout "RTRS" Ready to Run car/trucks, being Garbage, some can be but lil upgrading to it its jus as good or better than RC Kits  I get your point but people that cant build car/trucks such as myself, because of my disabilities. I have very little help the help I do get. Am very grateful for. Just think on that would ya. Cause take my VERY SERIOUS unlike some. Being in a wheelchair, plus living on disability wage don’t help things I little bit at a time each monthly check whatever is left after bills.

New FDOS Rule: Any class  that does not have at least 5 entries at the first 2 events will be dropped from the Series for the year and will not be run for the remainder of the 08 series races.

Dirt Oval races are 3, 4 and 6 minutes, with your best run setting the Mains. Speaking of Dirt Oval, we have had an increasing interest in Nitro Truck/Eastern Dirt Modified. If you guys are interested hop on the message board and chat with some of the guys or come over and check it out. All our Dirt Oval classes follow FDOS rules. (Florida Dirt Oval Series)

Motor rules: Stock/13.5, 4300/10.5/19T (Fixed timing, non-Frankensteined) Spec, and Open Mod. These are the class motors we normally support.

Minis are Out of box Stock or PRO Stock class / lipo batteries and shock changes ONLY.

We believe that people make R/C what it is. Without those people you have no R/C. We also believe that people want a premiere facility to call home. So after searching long and hard, New Red Hobbies found a home where racing could thrive in Ocala on a weekly basis. People young and experienced can come hang out, have fun, and even try their hand at some competition. The best place to learn how to race! Come race on the Fast INDOOR Dirt Oval and equally Fast mini Dirt OVAL!!!

Welcome to Ocala's best kept secret. There are so many sports you can be involved in. Many of those are racing related. From go-karts to motorcycles and quads up to full scale racing at the local speedway. Some of us are just not that skilled in the athletic department. That's where a smart mind can put you ahead of the field. Radio Controlled Car racing is an experience of mechanical and electrical know-how tied in with hand-eye coordination, and some good old bump'n and banging with the friends. If you do happen to crash, your injuries are going to be far less painful too. What we're saying is that you don't have to be a rocket scientist, nor a sports star to enjoy r/c.

There's been some RUMORS That New Red Hobbies & Race Facility would be closing WELL who ever started that is all Wrong New Red Hobbies & Race Facility will not be closing !!!!
